Cancellation policy

Effective Date: June 1st 2025

At Full Moon, we offer flexible purchase options to suit your wellness routine, including one-time purchases and subscription plans. Please review our cancellation policy for each option below.


One-Time Purchases

If you’ve made a one-time purchase and wish to cancel:

  • You must email us within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • Orders are processed quickly and may not be cancelled once dispatched.

  • If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy.

To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@enjoyfullmoon.com with your order number.


Subscription Orders

We offer recurring subscriptions to ensure you're never without your favorite Full Moon products.

Minimum Commitment Period

  • By subscribing, you agree to a minimum term of two (2) billing cycles.

  • You will not be able to cancel your subscription until after the second order has been billed and processed.

  • Subscription discounts and benefits are provided with this commitment in mind.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription (pause, change, update delivery schedule) anytime by logging into your account

Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Cancellation After Minimum Term

  • After your second order has been processed, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellations made after a charge has been processed will apply to the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for processed orders.


Skipping or Pausing Deliveries

  • You may skip a shipment or pause your subscription after the minimum two-month term is met.

  • Skipping or pausing must be done at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge date.


Failed Payments

If a renewal fails due to a payment issue:

  • We will attempt to retry the payment up to three times.

  • If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

  • You will be notified via email and prompted to update your payment details.
