Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

Free Shipping
We offer free UK shipping on subscriptions in the UK ONLY
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received one after 3 business days, please contact us at hello@enjoyfullmoon.com
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Full Moon is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is a very small window to cancel or change your order. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@enjoyfullmoon.com with your order number and relevant photos (if applicable). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If you place a pre-order or order an item on backorder, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date. All items in your order will be shipped together once the backordered item is available, unless otherwise specified.
