Your ritual has a 2-month minimum (£60 total). After night 60 it continues monthly and you can skip, pause or cancel in two clicks.
When do I get charged?
You pay £30 when you order, then £30 a month on the same date. Your second payment completes the 2-month minimum.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in two clicks, any time after night 60. No calls, no forms.
When should I drink it?
In the evening, as part of your wind-down. Most people make it the last thing before bed.
Milk or water?
Milk. Stir one sachet into 200 ml of warm or frothed milk.
Is it sweet?
Gently. There’s 0.6 g of sugar in a sachet, from Mexican blossom honey.
