14-Day Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (e.g. order number, email confirmation) must be provided.

Certain items (e.g. perishable goods, opened personal care items, or custom-made products) may not be returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. See "Non-Returnable Items" below.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, drinks, supplements)

Opened or used personal care products

Gift cards

Digital products

Sale or clearance items marked “final sale”
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@enjoyfullmoon.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the same steps above. We will ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

International Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns for international orders unless the item is defective or incorrect.
