What is Full Moon?
A magnesium hot cacao in nightly sachets. Each sachet is cacao, Mexican blossom honey, coconut milk and magnesium bisglycinate, made to stir into warm milk as part of your evening.
When should I drink it?
In the evening, as part of your wind-down. Most people make it the last thing before bed.
Can I have it every night?
Yes. One sachet a day. Don’t exceed the recommended daily dose.

207 mg of elemental magnesium, 55% of the Nutrient Reference Value, as magnesium bisglycinate.

You pay £19.99 when you order, then £19.99 a month on the same date. Your second payment completes the 2-month minimum.

Milk. Stir one sachet into 200 ml of warm or frothed milk.
Is it sweet?
Gently. There’s 0.6 g of sugar in a sachet, from Mexican blossom honey.
