Ovaltine Original is a malted drink with magnesium carbonate; a 25 g serve of its powder has about 88 mg of magnesium and 12 g of sugar. Ovaltine costs much less per serve. Ovaltine Original uses magnesium carbonate: a mineral salt of magnesium. It lists 88 mg in the powder (110 mg made with milk) per serve. How bisglycinate and citrate differ
