Full Moon works with any milk you'd happily drink warm. Dairy gives the richest cup; oat is the closest plant-based match and froths well; almond and soy make a lighter drink. Stir one 10 g sachet into 200 ml of warm, not boiling, milk. Frothing is optional and makes the cacao lighter and silkier.

Dairy

Whole or semi-skimmed milk gives the richest, creamiest cup. Heat 200 ml until it steams but doesn't boil, then stir the sachet in until smooth.

Oat

Oat is the closest plant-based match to dairy and froths well. Warm it the same way: steaming, not boiling.

Frothing without a frother

Warm the milk, pour it into a jar with a lid and shake it for 20 to 30 seconds, or whisk it briskly in the pan. Then stir the sachet in.

Or water

Full Moon also works with 200 ml of warm water, for a lighter cup.
